Services are available statewide. Quotes are based upon project scope, fixed deliverables; price not-to-exceed are available by contacting the above office.

All rates are maximum hourly rates for the positions. Rates may be lower based upon certain prevailing attributes of the specific assignment and the individual being considered for the assignment.

Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan

 

Terms and Conditions: Gateway One Consulting, Inc. will utilize the terms and conditions provided by the client agency.

Professional Services Warranty: Gateway One Consulting, Inc. warrants that all services it performs will be of professional quality conforming to generally accepted data processing standards and practices. Gateway One Consulting, Inc. work determined to be unacceptable to the client due to low professional quality will be corrected by Gateway One Consulting, Inc. without charge to the client. The client is required to simply contact the company utilizing the "order-from" contact name and phone number and the issue will be addressed within three working days.

The following reasonable requirements must be observed:

  • There must be a concise, documented original statement of work provided by the client.
  • There must be prompt notification of the unsatisfactory work.
  • Client site environment must be utilized to perform the warranty work.
  • The warranty work must proceed within the parameters of the original specifications and be fractional as compared to the original work product man-hours effort.

Statement of Guarantee: Gateway One Consulting, Inc. will make available equivalent replacement parts for products sold to the state until at least the third anniversary of the date the product is discontinued.

Support Plan: All maintenance, repair, and support requests will be responded to immediately within the parameters of generally accepted data processing practices and standards.  Within a software development environment or where services are rendered for other than the supply of hardware products, deliverables are to be negotiated with the purchaser. Deliverables will insure the project is progressing as expected or will inform the purchaser of problems that may develop throughout completion of the project. Problems could be due to inaccurate estimates or any obstacles unforeseen at the onset of the project. The purchaser is expected to sign-off on each completed phase of a project to indicate their awareness of the project status.
